Lars is a Founding Partner and CMTO at Club Estate. His work focuses on combining marketing with product innovation, digital business development and the integration of technology-driven solutions. As a partner, he is also actively involved in strategic sales processes and supports the development of client and investor relationships for selected assets.
In addition to his role at Club Estate, Lars is a partner and board member for several companies in the healthcare and marketing sectors. He brings many years of experience as a digital and brand lead for international corporations and currently advises companies such as Mitsubishi, Lundbeck and KION. His previous mandates include projects for Roche, UCB and Sony.
Lars also supports the strategic positioning and market launch of projects. Early in his career, he developed campaigns for DB Real Estate, DIFA, Union Investment and many others – laying the foundation for the later co-founding of Club Estate AG and his expertise in property marketing. He holds degrees in communication design, marketing and media studies from the INArt Institute for Visual Design and the HDU University of Applied Sciences.
