Jürgen Mortag

Jürgen is a board member of the Club Estate investment fund in Luxembourg. He began his career in international structured finance, where he played a key role in establishing structured finance transactions for banks and insurance companies that funded international corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Jürgen moved to Luxembourg to create his own financing platform for SMEs. Later, he transitioned into the alternative investment sector, focusing on renewable infrastructure, real estate, private equity, and venture capital. He has both established and advised on alternative fund structures in Luxembourg and has actively managed funds in this sector. Additionally, Jürgen serves as a board member for other investment funds. He holds a Master’s degree (Diplômé de Grande Ecole) from ESCP Europe.
