For all of us, 2020 has been a year unlike any other. And yet - for all the challenges the year has brought - at Club Estate we are also thankful. This is because in our ambition to become the leading real estate co-investment partner for family offices and institutional investors, we have made good progress: We have expanded our investor base, strengthened our capabilities by appointing two senior members to our Investment Advisory Board and we have launched the first of its kind, the Club Estate (Lux) Prime Selection Fund. This together with the strong demand and attractive returns we see in selected real estate sectors, makes us optimistic for 2021.
