Our ambition at Club Estate is to be the leading investment platform for sophisticated family offices and high net worth investors offering access, structuring and management of real estate club deals and co-investment opportunities. Over the last 5 years we have built our track record, expanded our digital investment platform, launched our proprietary Luxembourg fund and have grown our investor base as well as our assets under management.
As we continue on our growth path, I am delighted to announce that Richard A. Johnson will be joining our Club Estate Advisory Board. Richard brings a wealth of expertise from his over 35-year career across key real estate markets in APAC, EMEA and North America working for leading global Real Estate Investment Managers. His transactional experience includes capital raising (debt and equity), investment, development, financing and structuring.
Furthermore, Florian Devaud, CFA, has joined Club Estate as of September 1 from Credit Suisse Direct Investments - Private & Alternative Group and will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing real estate transactions.
Alexia Grivas will continue to cover strategic projects, while Jürgen Mortag will join the Club Estate team as interim CFO, looking after accounting and compliance for our Luxembourg platform effective immediately.
