Pfäffikon/Sz, [July 9, 2020] - Club Estate, a leading real estate co-investment boutique for professional investors, announced today that it expands its Advisory Board with the appointment of Zoltan Szelyes as a new member, effective immediately.

Dr Marcus Sasse, Managing Partner of Club Estate, said: “Thorough real estate research is the basis for any investment decision and I'm therefore delighted to welcome Zoltan on our Advisory Board and the Club Estate Investment Committee. With his vast expertise and profound knowledge of macroeconomics and real estate markets he will further strengthen our competence in offering exclusive real estate co-investment solutions for family offices and institutional investors."

He was also co-responsible for asset management of the SNB StabFund Limited Partnership for Collective Investment, a 'bad bank' that emerged from the UBS bailout with assets under management of USD 39 billion. Following the successful liquidation of the unit with a reported profit of USD 3.8 billion, Zoltan rejoined Credit Suisse in 2014 as Head of Global Real Estate Research and led Investment Research for the global Credit Suisse Asset Management Real Estate platform until Q2 2020.

In addition to his seat on the Advisory Board, Zoltan will also join the Investment Committee of Club Estate.
