Tommy Li, CFO, Hong Kong: Tommy brings a wealth of experience having worked for 10 years in the asset and fund management industry. He has strong expertise in accounting, investment reporting, and fund operations. Tommy earned the CPA (Aust.) in 2013 and CFA designation in 2023.
Shihaam Smith, Investment Operations Manager, Zurich: Shihaam joins Club Estate from Northern Trust Guernsey, where she headed Private Equity Operations. She has extensive experience in senior audit roles within the financial services sector. Shihaam studied financial accounting at the University of Cape Town and is a chartered accountant.
Michael Zhao, Investment Manager, Hong Kong: Michael is specialized in sourcing, analyzing and managing private markets transactions. Previously he worked on deal-by deal transactions for PwC, a multi-billion USD Hedge Fund and family offices. He holds a degree in financial services from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master’s in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. Michael is an active AICPA holder, committed to professional excellence. With expertise in investment analysis, debt structuring, and portfolio management, he aims to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Murali Subramaniam, Fund NAV Manager, Kuala Lumpur: Murali is responsible for reviewing and monitoring NAV, fund accounting, and developing operational standards and models. With extensive experience at SS&C Technologies, an independent hedge fund and private equity administrator, his expertise is in managerial roles involving trade processing, valuation, and reconciliations departments for hedge funds. Murali is based in Kuala Lumpur. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).
