Florian is an Investment Manager at Club Estate, responsible for sourcing and analyzing real estate transactions. Florian gained professional experience at Credit Suisse and UBS, where he specialized in evaluating direct real estate club deals for wealth management clients and structuring real estate debt financing solutions for institutional and corporate clients. Prior to this, he worked in the real estate portfolio management division of a major Swiss insurance company. Florian studied business management at EHL and holds a master’s degree in real estate from HSLU (the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts). Florian is a CFA Charterholder.
