Michael Zhao

Michael is an Investment Manager at Club Estate, specializing in sourcing and analyzing private equity transactions. He evaluates equity deals for wealth management clients and structures debt financing solutions for institutional and corporate clients. Previously, Michael worked on deal transactions at PwC and multi-billion hedge funds, as well as family offices, focusing on equity investments and equity option trading. He holds a degree in financial services from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a master’s degree in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis. Michael is an active AICPA holder. With expertise in investment analysis, debt structuring and portfolio management, he aims to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
